At IUP, we’ll do our best to ensure that completing your bachelor’s degree is as affordable as possible. Every full-time transfer student is automatically considered for an IUP Transfer Scholarship, which ranges from $2,500 to $4,000 based on your GPA and the number of credits earned when you apply. That’s in addition to our affordable tuition, which has not increased for four years.
Learn whether you qualify as a transfer applicant, when to apply, and your requirements to be admitted to IUP. Then, read about your next steps after the application, from the official credit evaluation to accessing the MyIUP student portal and registering for classes.
Attend an open house or weekday visit to learn more about IUP, or tour the campus virtually.
For transfer students, we also host a special event: Total Transfer Day, where you can get personalized, one-on-one guidance that answers your questions about what credits might transfer and can take you through the application process in one day.
