HHSC Adopts Amendments to Child Care Rules

HHSC adopted amendments to rules in Title 26, Chapters 744, 745, 746, 747 and 748. The rules concern the pre-employment affidavit that is required by Human Resources Code, Section 42.0563.

The rules are effective Aug. 14, 2024.

Licensed Child Care Centers
School-Age and Before/After-School Programs
Licensed and Registered Child Care Homes
General Residential Operations
